Jungle river hiking is challenging and fun!
Half-day hike up river in the virgin rainforest to a remote waterfall. This requires hiking through the water (we provide the boots), climbing rocks, with a slightly different route as the river changes.
We are physically active in the trip. If you want to experience a virgin rainforest in Panama, this is a great way. The focus is on the adventure and amazing scenery in this trip, and though the guide will point out unique flora and fauna, this is not a guided nature walk.

Mobility: Will require extensive clambering over rocks in areas with no trails. If you have a bad back, hip, or knee, this is not the trip for you.
